Send in Your Resume
Send your resume along with a brief cover email describing your skills to firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to send your resume saved as a Microsoft Word or an Adobe PDF file.
Submit your resume only once. You can be assured we will review your resume against all of our current job opportunities. Our recruiters represent all the jobs we offer on behalf of our clients.
After Your Resume is Received
After one of our recruiters has reviewed your resume, if it appears that Palo Alto Staffing Services can assist you with your employment search, they will contact you to schedule an interview. Due to the high volume of resumes we receive on a daily basis, you will only be contacted by one of our recruiters if you meet the qualifications for any of our current job opportunities.
At Your Interview
At your interview you will need the following: a hard copy of your resume and a list of professional references, including names and phone numbers. If you are interested in temporary work, you will be required to provide documents that establish both identity and employment eligibility in the United States
After you have met with your recruiter, you will be tested on your Microsoft Office skills, typing speed and accuracy. This may be done at your own computer at your leisure or you may utilize our in-house computers.
Once Registration is Completed
Once you have completed the registration process, your recruiter will begin a job search on your behalf. They will contact you when they have a job that matches your skills and background.
